BIRTH DOULA SERVICES
As an experienced DONA Certified Birth Doula I provide emotional and physical support during your pregnancy, birth & immediate postpartum. I will not take the place of your partner, but will encourage their participation. My goal is for you to feel well supported in the choices YOU make. My birth doula fee is $1400 and includes 1 private prenatal home meeting, unlimited monthly group meetings, Engage Birth Workshop, on-call availability upon hire through your actual birth, support in early labor as needed, continuous support during your labor & birth, 1 private postpartum home meeting, phone, video conference and email support through 12 weeks postpartum, a custom informational notebook, and a welcome gift for you & baby.
I am semi-retired, but will occasionally attend births, especially repeat clients.
POSTPARTUM DOULA SERVICES
A postpartum doula is a trained professional who offers education and support to a woman during the postpartum fourth trimester. As a DONA Certified Postpartum Doula in Buffalo and WNY I will provide a custom postpartum information guide, assistance with newborn care, companionship, non-medical support, meal preparation, household & nursery organization, sibling care and other support as needed. Services are flexible and adapt as family needs change My fees are $30 per hr with a 4 hour minimum or $250 flat fee for overnight
